Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra W/Megan

Yin Yoga is a passive practice that works the deeper tissues of the body, the tendons, ligaments, fascia, everything that helps to keep our bodies intact, mobile, and youthful. We hold poses for 5-7 minutes using breath work and gravity to find deeper variations. We use props and modifications to make this practice accessible to everyone. Yoga Nidra will be offered during sivasana/the practice of yogic sleep, used to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, depression, and help with PTSD recovery.
